QDo I need a trade account to shop wholesale prices?

A. To be able to purchase from Contare at wholesale prices, you will need to Apply for a Trade Account with us using a current ABN number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to activate your account.


QHow do I know when an item is back in stock?

A. Most of our shirts are seasonally exclusives. If the shirt you liked was one of these exclusive shirts then please contact us at orders@contare.com.au requesting to be notified once stock is back in stock. You will receive an email when the item is back and in stock.


Q. What happens when there are missing or wrong items?

A. If there are missing goods or mistaken items in your recent order, feel free to get in touch with us with your invoice handy. As part of company policy, we will investigate your order with our operations manager and strive to resolve the issue as fast and efficiently as possible.


Q. What payment methods do you accept? 

A.We will happily accept the following as payment methods

  • Paypal
  • Visa, Amex and Mastercard

Q. What is my login password?

A. The full email address & password that you used to register with us is your log in.

If you have forgotten your password then click forgot password and we will email you a temporary password.

If you have forgotten which email address you used then please contact us at orders@contare.com.au


QHow do I gain access to the online ordering or catalogue?

A. For those who are new to our website and wish to access the wholesale ordering and catalogue, Apply for a Trade Account. You will receive your log in details and link to activate your account once we have approved your access. We manually review all applications, so please be patient if you don’t receive an email with your activation link straight away. If you don’t receive an email from us within 24 hours then please contact us.


Q. What is the minimum order?

A. To be able to offer you wholesale prices, we have to minimise our cost. We do so by having a minimum order inducing freight charges of $AUD199.00 AUS dollars (6 units) per order, Maximum order total value including shipping $AUD1975.95 (approx. 60 units).


Q. How do I place and order?

A. Orders can be place online through this website using your log in details to access your account.


Q. How much is the freight on my order?

A. The freight charges are based upon the size and weight of the carton(s) to be shipped and will only add the exact amount worked out by (our courier) freight calculator at the end of the order and will be shown on your invoice. The cost of the freight includes shipping and handling fee.

Q. Where is my order being dispatched from?

A. To ensure we are always in stock your goods are now being dispatched from our overseas warehouse.


Q. When will my order be dispatched?

A. Our goal is always to get your order packed and shipped inside 24 hrs. The majority orders are shipped either the same day or on the next business day depending on what time we receive the order.


Q. What is the status of my order?

A. You can check the status of your order online by:

  • Logging into your Account
  • Go to the “Account” dashboard page
  • Under “My orders” click View Orders that I made 
  • Your order history will now appear with the status of your order(s) in brackets – see below for an explanation.
  • Pending – order has been acknowledged into the systems. 
  • Processing – order received and is currently being picked and packed ready for shipping.
  • Dispatched – Order has been shipped.

Q. How do I pay for my order/invoice?

A. We accept a number of secure and convenient payment methods. All major credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX. We also offer an alternative secure payment method via PayPal. PayPal is the most popular online payment method in the world. This service allows you to pay in any way you prefer, including through credit cards, without sharing financial information.

The payment will be charged at the end of your order and the freight is added on as a total.
