Your orders are important to us and we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as promptly as possible.

Contare delivers Australia wide and internationally. We package your product with the greatest care possible and send it out using registered courier and will require a signature during delivery.

Orders will be processed during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. All orders placed on weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery within Australia can normally be expected within 5-7 business days and overseas deliveries take approximately 8-14 business days.

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email notifying you that it has been shipped out.

If you are not home when the courier attempts delivery they will leave you a card indicating the option for another delivery time or alternatively direct you to your local post office where you may pick up parcel.

Delivery charges can be viewed before purchase in the shopping cart section after entering relevant delivery location details.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

Our warehouse has been working extra hard to get the orders out, but as we are located in one of the worst hit areas of the Sydney metro there have been a few delays as staff have had limited access to the warehouse. We are all safe and dry and the stock is fine, but there have been multiple days of road closures.

Your customers may experience short delivery delays due to flooding in QLD and NSW. Our delivery partners are short staffed but are working hard to ensure that orders are delivered safely and timely.
