How do I order online?

Once you have logged in, make a purchase by browsing for the product you’re interested in in our SHOP section. Please confirm the size and colour selections where applicable and then click on, “ADD TO CART.”

What if I am not sure what size to buy?

Please refer to our Fitting Guide. It will not only give you a good idea of our sizes but there is a handy guide on how to measure yourself so you can be sure to get the right size.If you do happen to get the wrong size, please contact our web sales team and they can check availability of other sizes for you. I saw a shirt on the website a few months ago but it is not there anymore – can I still buy it?

Most of our Pyjamas are seasonal exclusives which means we don’t usually repeat our premium fabric runs. Once a line has sold we move on to a new and fresh design. If the Pyjamas you liked was one of these exclusive shirts then please contact us at orders@contare.com.au and one of our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

How true are the garment colours on your website?

Contare uses in house photographers in order to produce true to life images as close as possible. We aim to generate images with a clear likeness to the actual garment. However due to varying screen displays, pixel information, resolutions and browser setting colours may vary slightly. Please note: Images are designed for PC view and may experience discrepancies with Retina Display.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our goal at Contare is always to get your order packed and shipped within 48hrs.The majority of orders are shipped either the same day or on the next business day depending on the time we receive the order and varying if the order was placed over the weekend.

Please note: during busy periods or within 5 days of a new collection launch or sale, there may be some delays

Delivery delays can be caused by many factors, including the challenges of COVID-19. We’re doing everything we can to keep things moving while keeping you and our staff COVID safe.

Should I join your mailing list?

We endeavour to run competitive promotions and specials and are continually bringing in new stock, so it is important for you to sign up to our mailing list to ensure you keep up to date to avoid missing out on some great deals. Any personal information that we collect will only be used and disclosed for the purpose for which it was provided to us. Payment

How can I pay for my order?

We offer a secure payment via PayPal. PayPal is the most popular online payment method worldwide. This service allows you to pay in any way you prefer, using your paypal account and including through credit cards without sharing financial information.

Can I buy in my local currency?

No, currently all prices and payment are processed in Australian Dollars, however paying using Paypal will allow you automatically convert and debit the correct amount from your account.

Orders & Returns

Can I return my online purchase if I change my mind after receiving it?

If you change your mind, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges required to return your online purchase. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for details.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

Our quality control team inspects all Contare garments and track online deliveries to ensure the goods you receive meet our quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item(s), please contact us at orders@contare.com.au to arrange a replacement or refund. Otherwise call us on +61 2 8488 8200

How do I know my order has been received?

Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an email from Contare entitled Order Confirmation. This email will let you know that we have received your order and that it is being prepared for dispatch and will contain your order number and information on garment(s) purchased. Please note this email may take about 5 minutes to reach your inbox. If you have not received the email please check your “spam” or ‘junk mail” folder. If in doubt please contact us with your name, details and approximate time of order to confirm.

What happens if I don’t like the item(s) or they don’t fit?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or need to exchange an item, simply contact us at orders@contare.com.au and one of our friendly staff members will be able to help you with a replacement or refund for the value of the order. For full detail please check our Return Policy.
