Standard within Australia: $13.95, 2-5 business days
Express within Australia: $17.95, 1-3 business days
New Zealand: $24.95, 5-12 business days
Other international countries: $49.95, approx 14-20 business days
Your orders are important to us and we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as promptly as possible. Our team processes orders during standard business hours from Monday to Friday. Orders made during weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.
We package your product with the greatest care possible and send it out using registered courier and will require a signature during delivery. Therefore please always provide us with an address where someone will be home during the day to sign for the parcel.
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email notifying you that it has been shipped out with the tracking number.
If you are not home when the courier attempts delivery they will leave you a card indicating the option for another delivery time or alternatively direct you to your local post office where you may pick up parcel.
Should your order not arrive within the specified timeframe, or be damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
