Returns Policy

At Contare, we strive to provide excellent customer service, including accommodating change of mind returns for online orders. We are happy to offer change of mind refunds or online store credit for most full price merchandise.

To ensure a smooth process, please review the following guidelines:

This policy applies to all purchases made through contare.com.au

We cannot accept returns from third party stores or online stores stocking our brands. In the first instance, please contact the store you purchased the product from. If the third party is unable to rectify your issue, please contact orders@contare.com.au.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • The merchandise was purchased through contare.com.au

  • Returns must be delivered to our warehouse within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date to be eligible for an exchange, refund or online store credit.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided along with the returned merchandise.

  • The merchandise is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all packaging.

  • If goods are faulty you must notify us within 5 days of receipt providing images and a description of the issue.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return.

Online Returns Policy

FULL PRICE ITEMS

You can get a refund to your original payment method or receive store credit for items bought at full price. If you initially paid with a gift voucher or online store credit, we'll issue a new voucher for you.

TEMPORARY PROMOTION

Items at their regular price that are part of a limited-time promotion qualify for a store credit upon return. Any discounts applied during the purchase will be retained and reflected in the refund.

FINAL SALE

Items marked FINAL SALE are offered at clearance prices and cannot be returned, except if the product doesn't meet quality standards, isn't suitable for its intended purpose, or varies from its description as mandated by Australian Consumer Law. Please take this into account before making your purchase decision.

Please note, sale markdowns cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders.

If you have any concerns in regards to an order or have received a faulty item, please email orders@contare.com.au with your order details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

FAULTY RETURNS

Our products are backed by guarantees that cannot be excluded according to the Australian Consumer Law. You have the right to receive a replacement, online store credit or refund in the case of a major fault. If you encounter a fault or defect, kindly reach out to us at orders@contare.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order, providing images and a description of the issue. One of the team at Contare will inspect your product/s upon receipt and approve for either refund, exchange or online store credit.

How To Return

Returning your product to Contare is simple - just follow these steps:

Step 1:

Ensure the conditions of return are met, as listed above.

Email us at orders@contare.com.au to notify us of your wish to return items. Include the following:

Your contact details - first and last name, your postal address, your mobile phone number. A brief description of what you want to return and why.

If you are opting for an exchange please mention a couple of options in case your first choice is not available.

If you are returning a faulty item please include photos and a brief description of the issue.

Step 2:

Once your return request has been processed, you will receive a shipping label to return the items to our warehouse. The return label fee will be deducted from your final refund/online store credit. You will also receive a returns form to fill out to return with your items.

Please return your items within 5 business days to be eligible for your refund/online store credit or exchange.

Step 3:

Once your item has been received and processed you will receive email notification to update you it has been actioned within 14 days of receipt.
