Our team processes orders during standard business hours from Monday to Friday. Orders made during weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day. At Contare, we strive to provide excellent customer service, including accommodating change of mind returns for online orders. We are happy to offer change of mind refunds or online store credit for most full price merchandise. To learn more, please visit our Returns Policy.
Our quality control team inspects all Contare garments and track online deliveries to ensure the goods you receive meet our quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item(s), please contact us at orders@contare.com.au to arrange a replacement or refund. Otherwise call us on +61 2 8488 8200
Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an email from Contare entitled Order Confirmation. This email will let you know that we have received your order and that it is being prepared for dispatch and will contain your order number and information on garment(s) purchased. Please note this email may take about 5 minutes to reach your inbox. If you have not received the email please check your “spam” or ‘junk mail” folder. If in doubt please contact us with your name, details and approximate time of order to confirm.
