How long will it take to receive my order?
Our team processes orders during standard business hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Can I return my online purchase if I change my mind, or ordered the wrong size, after receiving it?

What if I am sent a faulty item(s)?
Our quality control team inspects all Contare garments and tracks online deliveries to ensure the goods you receive meet our quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item(s), please get in touch with us at orders@contare.com.au to arrange a replacement or refund. Otherwise, call us on +61 2 8488 8200
How do I know my order has been received?
Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an email from Contare entitled Order Confirmation. This email will let you know that we have received your order and that it is being prepared for dispatch and will contain your order number and information on garment(s) purchased. Please note this email may take about 5 minutes to reach your inbox. If you have not received the email please check your “spam” or ‘junk mail” folder. If in doubt please contact us with your name, details and approximate time of order to confirm.
