We stand behind the quality of every Contare piece. If a return is required, please review the information below.
Applies to purchases made at contare.com.au only.
↺ Returns
Eligible full-price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Full-price items may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
Promotional purchases are eligible for store credit only.
Gift vouchers and store credit are reissued as store credit.
🏷 Final Sale
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
📦 Faults
If an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, a refund, replacement, or store credit will be offered in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Please notify us within 5 days of delivery, including images and details.
📬 How to Return
Email orders@contare.com.au with your order number and return request.
Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and form. Label costs are deducted from your refund or credit.
Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt.
🛍 Third-Party Purchases
Returns for items purchased from other retailers must be arranged with the original store.
