Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
All parcels are sent via registered courier and require a signature on delivery. Please provide an address where someone is available during business hours.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped. If delivery is missed, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or local post office collection.

At Contare, we offer a change of mind return on most full-price online purchases for a refund or store credit.

Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a description. Eligible items may receive a refund, exchange, or store credit in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
